Kim is the CEO and co-founder of Tender Loving Calls. Previously, she was Business Development Manager for FOX Architects, marketing architectural and interior design services to commercial users, Pepco Energy Services, Inc.’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications and has seven years of experience in promoting residential and commercial energy products and services, 17 years in providing commercial real estate services to tenants and three years in offering philanthropic consulting services to high-level individuals, corporations and non-profits.

Robin Mudge CTO Tender Loving Calls

Robin is a co-founder and CTO of Tender Loving Calls, After 20 years of working with the BBC as a TV and interactive media producer, he has now turned his attention to designing interactive e-health services, which both help senior citizens grow old in their own homes (a process known as ‘aging in place)’, and enable their families and friends to take better care of them at lower cost.

David Ford

David is the Vice Chairman of Aegis Living, a highly regarded developer and operator of senior housing communities for the elderly.  He has more than 30 years of experience in elder care issues. He is an advisor to and investor in businesses ranging from start-ups to privately-held industry leaders. David has also served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a government contracting firm that provided IT consulting services to defense and other federal agencies. David is a graduate of Rollins College and the University of Virginia School of Law and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

Dr. Tracey Gersh

Dr. Gersh is Executive Vice President for Casey Health Institute, an integrative primary care organization.  Previously, Tracey served as Chase Brexton Health Care’s Chief Program Officer. In this role, she oversaw the creation, implementation and evaluation of programs for the organization.  Tracey also worked in concert with the Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Tactical Planning Committee on strategic initiatives, as well as served as the primary staff liaison to the Strategic Planning Committee of the Board on strategic issues and health care programs evaluation. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Mental Health at Chase Brexton.

Dr. Marc Gerstein

Dr. Gerstein is an internationally recognized consultant, author, and speaker whose work primarily deals with large-scale organization design, product and process innovation, strategic and cultural change, and risk management. Dr. Gerstein is the originator of the concepts of strategic selection and organizational architecture, and his books, articles and videos have dealt with leading-edge issues in organization design, the relationship between information technology and strategy, and the organizational influences upon innovation and transformation.

Marc served as the Associate Director of the Work Design and Quality of Work Life Center at McGill University in Montreal, Canada; as Adjunct Full Professor at the Columbia University Business School in New York, as Visiting Scholar, MIT, and as president of the Organization Design Forum, a professional organization. Marc also served as Executive Vice President for Strategy at Reuters Instinet, the electronic trading firm now owned by NASDAQ, as a member of the Global Leadership Team of Perot Systems, a global provider of information technology services now owned by Dell Computer, and as Managing Director at Delta Consulting Group, a consultancy specializing in organizational change.

Ryan Hamilos

Ryan has an eight-year track record in marketing analysis, strategy and online brand development.With a focus in building digital and social media engagement, Ryan has helped brands like BIC, Kiehl’s, QuantumClean, Atmel, Ferrari, BMW, The Gehret Investment Company, Liefer, and MilaMedia understand, expand and protect their online brand positioning.

Ryan has a Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and Management Consulting Certification from FMI.

Harriet Mandell

Harriet has 27 years of history working in various areas of medical management. She is currently the Clinical Practice Director of the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical School. Harriet supervises and manages the daily operations for three medical practices within this department that sees a combined total of 10,000 patients a month.

Les Pitton

Les is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Healthcare Council of the National Capital Area (HCNCA). He is the past Board President of Chase Brexton Health Services, Inc. (a Federally Qualified Health Center in Baltimore) and the immediate past chair of the Finance Committee. He is chair of Adventist Community Services of Greater Washington. He served as chairperson of Chancellor Health Care, Inc. for 15 years, a company he co-founded. Les has 35 years of leadership experience with both non-profit and for-profit organizations, demonstrating leadership in hospital and allied health operations and corporate governance.

Jim Price

Jim is a Principal with Progressive Healthcare, Inc. His experience in the healthcare industry spans over 30 years with work as both a consultant and a hospital executive. As an accomplished consultant, he has specialized in the development of sustainable strategic plans and the implementation of key initiatives. Jim’s recent consulting projects have involved strategic and operational planning for physician groups, hospitals, and hospital systems. Jim’s previous consulting experience includes McKinsey & Company, KPMG, and three boutique firms.

Previously, Jim was Chief Development Officer at North Fulton Regional Hospital where he managed marketing, planning, physician relations, and business development functions. As Executive Director at Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center, he implemented a 400-physician primary health organization. He also served as Vice President at Egleston Children’s Hospital, managing human resources, planning, quality management, medical records, process improvement, and facilities.

Jim received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He also received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
